Virginia was born and raised in New Orleans. She graduated from Louise S. McGehee and college from the University of Mississippi. Her humanitarian efforts have brought her all over the world, from India to Sri Lanka, Nepal, Kenya, and South Africa, and back to New Orleans again. She continues these efforts in her native Crescent City through the Junior League of New Orleans.
Virginia's hobbies include cooking, traveling, and volunteering.
